With 25 years of experience in commercial compliance at major financial institutions, Kyle brings valuable legal insight to his real estate law practice.
Kyle focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, construction and retail and office leasing. Prior to joining the firm, Kyle spent 25 years in commercial compliance as a Compliance Executive for JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, and Citibank developing, executing, and managing compliance programs. Kyle began his career in residential real estate handling title curative issues and conducting title examinations.
Kyle received his J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where he focused on arbitration and earned a certificate in Law and Business, and his Master of Science in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University. Kyle grew up in Tampa, Florida and now resides in Waxhaw, North Carolina with his wife, Katie, sons, Gavin and Bryson, and daughter, Evelyn.
